The recently added HTML editor is a real boon, but it does have a few problems that I hope can be addressed in the next version.
The Backspace key works fine, but the Delete key seems to be non-functional. (Or is it the other way around? Well, one or the other.)
More problematic for us is that we like to use special character codes, particularly for the fraction symbols in our item dimensions. These can only be entered, apparently, outside of the Editor, which can then be used to view them. (It would be nice to have an "insert symbol" feature or toolbar buttons for fractions and accented e's and a's.)
When you leave the Editor, however, the program converts the code to the actual fraction symbols in the main entry window, making it difficult to edit them if need be.
For the "eighths" symbols -- which require the use of ISO code numbers instead of "frac" entities -- it doesn't even do that. After displaying them perfectly well in the Editor, the program seems to become confused and converts them to question marks on returning to the main screen. As long as we never go into the Editor, we can enter and upload listings with eighths in them to our hearts' content... if we use the Editor, we have to enter the codes all over again.
On a non-Editor related note -- will there be a way include the PayPal "verified" symbol in our listings through Sales Manager Pro in the future?
I will pass your suggestions regarding the HTML editor along to Product Development. Regarding the PayPal inclusion inquiry -- this is coming, however I am not sure when.
