Hi, I can't seem to upgrade to the 4.2. I click start update, and it goes as far as "downloading msxml.dll, and begins to show bars for current progress and total progress. Then it doesn't continue....it just stops doing it and stays on the screen. My only options are to cancel or to X out of it. I've tried many times. Please help.

If you are experiencing problems using the update feature for SM Pro, we suggest that you download the full installation of the new version.

Please be sure that all applications running in your PC are closed when installing the software. You can install the new application over the old one, however, it is best if you uninstall the old application using the Add/Remove programs Wizard in Windows (you will not lose any saved images or batches when you do this.)
