Hi! I have been using AM Pro 3.75. Over the summer months, I was not actively selling on ebay. Last evening attempting to get back into the business for the Xmas season. I had 380 images - saved in inventory to restart my business. In the sign on box - it said - click here to update new version 4.2. So, I did this after I reviewed my inventory in AW. Shut computer off for the night......... Well - this morning of the 380 images - only 41 are left..... all my pictures ARE GONE!!!!!!!!! I did a Go Back on my computer for prior to last night.... didn't work...... pictures are still gone.
Help! Help! I deleted nothing!!!!! The pictures are just GONE!!!
Unfortunately, if your images were subject to the 90 day deletion policy since you last used AuctionWatch - when you did a synch in Pro, your online account was last updated by the removing of said images and updated Pro to match.
Restoring your machine to the day before you did the synch should have given you those images back though.
You would want to manually make a copy of the 'images' folder within the AuctionWatch directory on your C drive before you synch, so you can add those images back into Pro afterword and synch again to upload them anew.
