My IT guy is trying to configure our firewall to allow SM Pro to connect to the server for synchronization - what ports (TCP,UDP,etc) does he need to open up?

Hello,

As long as you can access the AuctionWatch web site normally, SMPro should be able to connect too; no special setup is needed.
