Can it be done? I'm having a heck of a time. I managed to wipe out a bunch of images. When I copy the data folder then change the user id info, I lose everything. How can I get my templates copied without having to laboriously recreate them online for the second selling ID?

Hello,

There is a specific folder in Pro that holds your templates :
C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch\customtemplates

Just transfer this folder over into the AuctionWatch directory from your backup/copy, then launch the software and they should become available.
