It was my understanding that I was enroll in the <U>Standard Plan</U> and that I use the Sales Manager to lunch my auctions.
According to your Website it states: <B>AuctionWatch also offers a plan with no monthly fees where you will be charged only when you use the service. The Standard Plan includes most of the features in our monthly plans, but does not include unlimited image hosting (images used when listing using Sales Manager, however, are included FREE.</B>
That the fees were as follows:
<B>AuctionWatch MonthlySales Manager Pay-As-You-Go Plan Monthly Fee Listing Fee*** Final Value Fee*
Standard Plan* NONE $.10/$.05*** 1%</B>
Can you explain to me why I being charge image hosting fees, I am only using the images I have on AuctionWatch Image Service in conjunction with listing with Auction Manager Pro. Is there something that I am doing wrong or something wrong with my version of AuctionManager Pro?
I create my own templates, with Adobe PageMill, I use the images on AuctionWatch Image Service.

Hello,
Under the standard plan, the only time you would be charged for image hosting fees is if you listed or relisted an item that had AuctionWatch stored images in it directly from eBay rather via AuctionWatch.
If you have not done so, it may be possible that someone has linked to an image in your account, essentially stealing your image and causing these fees. In this case, you would want to request a refund for those fees, and contact eBay to alert them of this sellers theft.

I launch all my auctions using Sales Manager Pro. I have not posted any auction using eBay tools. However, I have re-listed 8 auctions directly from eBay. However all those auctions were originally posted using Sales Manager Pro. I didn't know that it could make a difference, since I was still paying the AuctionWatch fees on the re-listed item. I will start using Auction Watch to re-list from now on.
At guess there is the possibility that someone could have stole my images. Can you give me credit for those?

Hi Rudy,
The message center does not support HTML, only simple message center rules.
bold is done with [b.]this[/b.] (just remove the dot.) Italic is just the letter I in brackets. [url.]www.AuctionWatch.com[/url.] and [img.]www.auctionwatch.com/test.gif[/img.] are also supported.
If you relisted via eBay directly, you will need to manually track those items into AuctionWatch for viewing. You will want to relist from here in the future, to avoid any image hosting fees. You will still get your relisting credit from eBay when doing so.
If you do notice an item number on your statement where image hosting fees were charged and the item number is not yours, we will refund those fees.

Thank you for all the help. You have been very enlightening. The moral of the story is, use AuctionWatch to re-list, otherwise you will be charged twice one for the listing and again for the picture hosting for the same auction. It seems to me, that problem should be addressed in FAQ or the Tutorial or both.
I will get in touch with [email protected] as you recommended, I am sure that they will be able take care of my problem.

Hello,
Actually, if you pay image hosting fees, you would not have been charged any listing fees for those items that were relisted via eBay directly. Since the request did not come from here, we never charged to relist those items, only for the images. The adjustment will end up being regular listings fees and possible Fvf if the items sells, VS image hosting fees at ten cents per.
