This was generated when attempting to do a simple auction launch from an inventory listing. Have the boyz look at this code and let me know the story.

I am also having problems with relisting a couple auctions. It won't let me edit and I get a 2008 and 2101 error message - something about a "luid"? Thanks! Jan

Having trouble too, make sure you save your batch before you loose it.

Why Auction Watch does not tell users of the problems they are having??? I am honestly getting tired of all these ERRORS, site down, etc.....

auction watch has cut down on service , everybody works days only and goes home at night when it's busy. you will get an announcement tommorrow night sometime that the site was down on launching auctions and it was ebay's fault. Not auction watch of course because the CEO's are getting rested up for golf tomorrow and the slaves remaining have to rest too.

I am getting upset!!! Honestly! Some of us do this as full time business and our only source of income! The service is not free. We deserve at least an explanation.

I fully agree at least send a more update announcement. Even ebay is getting faster at telling you what is happening or at least they are look into it. EMAIL auction watch at the Help area

E-mail them??? Are you kidding me? I e-mailed them already, of course, but as usual they NEVER bother answering e-mails, unless they e-mail one of those useless "standard-explain all to anyone" e-mails. Gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
Sorry, at least we have the forum to relieve our frustration

I understand me too. But sometimes the email comes faster than the announcements of course you get the automatic first.

Let's try this: Here's a suggestion for Sonya, please pass this on. Obviously, as users, we'd all like to know when there is a glitch, server problem, or site down on the AuctionWatch side. Of course 24/7 is an illusion and we understand that. However, if as some users have mentioned here, we are full-time online retailers, we need to be kept abreast of current events, as though we are in a partnership with AuctionWatch.

Suggestion:
1) Create an Auctionwatch toolbar similar to eBay's
2) Create a tray icon that sends alerts as to system and server status on the AuctionWatch side, network news, etc.
3) Make both the toolbar and the system tray network monitor real-time and password protected

Thanks for listening!
Best regards,
Matt Goss

It's work this morning. Will there be an explanation of what happen? You know it's better to tell us what happen than to seem like your hiding something. Say it's paranoia of Eron , Worldcom etc. But we who have our livelihoods on the net would like to know. Mistakes happen and I know you have to constantly upgrade to keep up with the next guy.
