Hello,
What is the error message you are getting? If you click on the Details button you should also be able to see at the bottom what the synchronization is halting on.

Hello,
So it is the image sync error, telling you to check your images? When you click on Details it tells you the image -- delete it from your image bar and then continue the sync. For each image it halts on, repeat that process until your synchronization completes. Then, go online to Image Hosting and upload those images there and then synchronize pro. This should take care of the problem.

Sonya, there is no error message, it just gets stuck, won't move, I cannot keep deleting pictures, isn't that going against the premise of having the program? Can you have someone check if there is still a problem at your end?

Hello,
The only way to get past this is to delete each image that is halting the synchronization until the synchronization is complete. You may upload the images that were halting synchronization directly to our website using the Image Hosting page, and then reimport them into SM Pro after they are online. This way, those particular images will not need to go through the synchronization process again. Make sure you have those images saved on your hard drive before removing them from your image bar.

Hello,
I have checked your online images and there is nothing that might prevent them from synchronizing successfully into SMPro.
If the synchronization failed during an image download, the cause might have been an Internet connection hiccup. You should try the synchronization again; and, just in case, make sure that you have enough space left on your local hard disk.
If the failure occurs during an image upload, please use the procedure explained in the other posts: delete the local image and try again.

I have been having this problem constantly. I even started looking for other auction services because it was driving me crazy. I knew it was not the picture since if I kept repeating the upload it would finally go throught, but often it would take me 1 to 2 hours, I just kept redoing the upload command. Now I upload the pictures seperately sync with my manager pro and finally later when I want to list evrything I upload, it takes no time at all that way and I have not had any problems. Vivi.

That is a good solution Vivi...however, it would be nice for things to work as they are supposed to so that you don't have to jerry-rig solutions. Know what I mean? Especially since you are paying for a working system. Thanks for the suggestion!
