Is there a way that we can use eBay's 'Second Chance Offer' through AuctionWatch so that we don't get charged individual image hosting fees?
I had a buyer deadbeat on me. I did a 'Second Chance Offer' to the second high bidder on an auction that was originally launched through AuctionWatch, and was charged a 10 cent per image fee from AuctionWatch for the image hosting.
I now have an item that I have multiples of and would like to offer the second high bidder a 'Second Chance Offer' but don't want to pay a per image fee to AuctionWatch for an auction that was orignially launched through AuctionWatch.

Hello,
Unfortunately we do not support the Second Chance Offer listings -- they will need to be done through eBay. You can import them to your account after you launch the offer and then use post sale on them. In order to do that you need to make sure that you import them, not track them, and that you do the import before it ends.

Hi Greg,
Any auctions you have on eBay that aren't already in your AW account would be imported. If you've already made the second chance offer, then you would be charged for the images that are in it.
FYI: After importing the only glitch I saw was that it correctly imported the Second Chance Offer auction as a "Copy" which is okay, but it also imported an active eBay Motors auction that is closing in 2 hours. It imported it as a "Copy" also, but the eBay Motors Icon is not there.
No problem for me, but thought you may want to know that.

My buyer recently accepted the Second Chance Offer that I successfully imported into SMP before the auction ended.
QUESTION: The auction still sits in my Active Auctions - and shows 2 Days, 9 hours until it ends. Will this auction now go to my Completed Auctions so I can use the WBN and other tools? Is there a delay?

I just don't want to leave my buyer hanging if it isn't going to shift over - I'll create and send a manual WBN to him if it isn't going to move anytime soon.

Hi Greg,
They usually import as copies -- the key is to getting them there before the buyer purchases it, so that you can use post sale on them. I'll check on the eBay Motors one.
I noticed there were actually two eBay Motors auctions that were pulled in. One was an Active Auction and the other one was a closed auction.
No problem for me; these were the only two eBay Motors auctions I've had.
Just wanted to mention it. Seems that the import is pulling in the eBay Motors auctions like we had to do before AW directly supported eBay Motors. My guess it is just some overlooked code in the import function.
