Hi... I can't figure out how to get my AW SMP preferences set to automatically complete the ebay payment instructions. Our AW shipping rates don't flow over and at the very least I'd like to enter in something to the effect of "An email will be sent at the end of the auction" sort of thing...

Hi Angie,
You need to set it online first. Go to your My Account tab and click on eBay Site Specifics. You will see an eBay Checkout section there -- put in your changes, then synchronize Pro. It should then download to the program.

Hi, I am having the exact same problem, no matter what I do, every auction, I have to revise and put in the paypal thing at the top and the shipping amount as well. How can we get this to work, I went to the preferences but could not find the right place to fix this.
If you go to Global Preferences you will see two choices under paypal for adding logos. If you want a logo at the top, then check off the 2nd radio button -- however keep in mind that this will insert the paynow logo at the close of the auction, and your winner will be able to use it, taking them to eBay checkout. So if you are not an eBay Checkout user, we don't recommend this choice.

Hi, Thanks for your answer. There is a area in your ebay auction that has shipping details. When I go in to put in the paypal logo, I also put in my fixed shipping cost, and then it shows up in the ebay shipping details area. Also, when I go in and manually add the paypal button by revising the auction, does that also make a Paypal pay now button appear? Thanks again,

Hi Dave,
The way that you have your preferences set up now, the logo for PayPal will appear within your item description. If you were to edit that auction after it launched and added PayPal to the shipping details (the red text that appears) that will add the logo at the top as well, thus adding the Pay Now button per my previous post.
