I am having a problem. In some scattered cases. Auction Watch is sending out our automatic reminder notices, despite the fact that the customer paid, and we noted it in the program and the customer received the AW notice from us indicating they they have paid.
When checking on this I see that the slot for payment received in the 1-10 row has been unchecked by some defect in the AW programming. This is causing consternation with the customer and extra work for us. Is anyone else noticing this.
