Everytime I try to sync using sales manager pro the computer stalls at 97% with installing ebay files. It will not go on. What do I do?

Hello,
If this is the first time you have ran into this error, try simply restarting your machine. If the error persists, clear your browser cache/temporary internet files, and then attempt your synch again.

I have tried what you said and this did not work. When I try to sync it will stop at 97% ebay xml files. What do I need to do?

Hello,
What happens when you reach 97% of the ebay.xml file? Is any error message shown? Also, click the Details button after synchronization starts, and please copy here the last lines written to the detailed log.
Please let us know what type of Windows you are using. Do you use a proxy or firewall for your Internet connection?

Once it reaches 97% the program stops completely. It will not let you see the sync problem or anything. It will not go to a details at all. I have Mcaffee on line running I am using windows 98 I have to push control alt delete to get out of the program when I do the message with it says that the program has quit responding

Hello,
Do you have any other programs running at the same time as Pro? If so, try quitting out of those and running the synchronization for Pro. Let us know if you get the same error.
