Hello syes,
After taking a look at it we were unable to replicate the problem. Which sales was it that were affected by this? Also how are you editing your WBN? are you editing the WBN from post-sale or directly by clicking on the number for the closed item?

Hello syes,
Although shipping options / info cannot be imported if the auction was created outside AW, you should be able to edit the WBN before you send it and add shipping options. Please let us know what item/order this problem is affecting, so that we can try to replicate the problem from here.

Here is an auction I did through SMP. On 2 different computers from 2 different cablenet suppliers it stretches out to a page and a half.

I think it is stretching out so far to the right due to the size of your images. You might try choosing a template that puts the image at the top or bottom of the listing.

Hello syes,
You might want to try resizing your images.
The "click to view larger version" option may be enabled or disabled by following these steps:
-Click on the "My Account" tab
-Click on the "Global Preference" link
-Check or uncheck the box for "Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation"
-Click "Save Preferences"
Please be aware that automatic resizing will -only- be activated if an image is over 250 pixels wide. If your image is 250 pixels wide or smaller, there will be no "click to view larger version" option on your auction listing.
Also note that you must copy and paste all of the code generated by our system into your auction if you are using image hosting only in order to take advantage of this feature.
