I am a Power Seller on ebay. Our shipping charges are based on destination. That cannot be determined until after the close of the auction. In the past I have not had to specify shipping method (see ebay #2075318488) and WBN were sent. Now when I do my listings it tells me I have to select a shipping method or a WBN will not be sent. I then checked the box UPS and it show $0.00 UPS. Now the winners are sending payments without paying freight. What has changed that is making me choose a shipping method? Help. I have a lot of things to list and this is causing a big problem for Christmas sales.

Hi Indywhorah,
I checked and it seems like you have the Auto WBN feature set as a default for your listings. When you have auto WBN selected, you have to choose a shipping method so just make sure that is unchecked when doing your listings. Did you just start using Sales Manager Pro or do you always list online?
