HELP! URGENT!
Can't seem to reinstall the application. Was getting false startups and app would not open completely to initial GUI screen, splash screen only.
Decided to uninstall, reboot, BEFORE backing up my original auctionwatch folder by moving it to my desktop.
After reboot, upon attempting to reinstall by downloading from auctionwatch.com, once the initial install app is downloaded, and opened (99kb) it gives error (amipro.exe is not a valide windows application.) !!!???
I've rebooted several times, deleted ampro entries in the registry, etc. No change in behavior, and other applications install normally. This looks suspiciously like what I'm downloading from your site is not the correct file or is not a working file!
I start wondering if this is poor QControl or has your site been hacked and did I just install a virus???!!!
Hoping you have seen or are aware of this problem. Please email me directly, this is costing us money to be down like this.
