Hello,
Customer asked me why my auction stated one shipping price but WBN had another. I input my shipping price when creating auctions with SM Pro. Here are two examples: 1903491327, I input $6.50 (which showed on my auction) but WBN goes out with $7.50 as shipping. 1903491297, I input $11.00, shows on my auction as $9.50 BUT WBN goes out with $11.00.
Haven't checked all my auctions yet put hoping I'm not going to have a lot of customer thinkin I'm trying to cheat them.

I checked a few other of your closed auctions and the shipping in the auction appears to match the shipping in PSM. Did you change anything about these two auctions at all after they launched? Were they relists by any chance?

Naw, they weren't relists either. Strange, isn't it. I checked some of this weeks auctions just to be sure that the shipping price is right. So far, so good. I have to check the rest.
