Why are my recently closed auctions not importing into my closed auction file in auction watch? I also had a second chance offer that was taken by a customer and it is not there? I'm really getting kind of tired writing you guys about this. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Artdoggy,
Are these auctions launched through AW? Are they in your active list, then when they close, they are gone and not going to your closed auction list? Regarding the second chance auction, when you launch it you need to import it before the bidder takes it or else you won't be able to use post sale on it.
