I just found out shipping rates for UPS are going to go up by about $2 per box starting January 6th since I do not have daily pick up service. Last time I raised the price for shipping in one of my auctions after it had been uploaded, when they went through the AuctionWatch Checkout, it checked them out at the first (lower) rate, not the new rate. My question is, is there a way to change the shipping rates on a current auction that does not have any bids yet, and have the AuctionWatch Checkout also use this new rate. Thank You! Mike

Hello gousainc,
If you would like to change any information on your auction after it has already launched you will need to go directly to eBay and change such information.

I am asking about AUCTIONWATCH, not E-Bay. After changing the shipping amount in E-Bay, when they go through the ACTIONWATCH CHECKOUT, it uses the old values for the shipping. So by changing e-bay, they still go through AUCTIONWATCH CHECKOUT and get the old shipping rates. So, I am not asking how to change the EBAY shipping. I am saying after I change the EBAY shipping, Auctionwatch offers the shipping at the old rate during checkout. They pay, combine orders, all that at the old rates. Not the changed rates. Any Solutions to this??? Respectfully, Mike

Hello,

Are you trying to edit it in Post-Sale or prior to that?

In order to edit the shipping information within Post-Sale, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Click the Post-Sale link in the lefthand navigation bar. This will open the Sold Items list.
2. Select the item you would like to edit (note that if you have received a response to your WBN already, you will need to uncheck step 2 before you edit.)
3. Edit the shipping options section, and click the Save Changes button.

Once this is done, the shipping and handling will be updated and you will be able to resend the WBN, or print the invoice with the updated amounts.

Thank You. The following looks like it will do the trick.

You can edit the WBN while the auction is still active. Go to the Sales
Manager tab, click on the 'active' link along the left hand side of the
page. From there, select the item in question, then hit the 'set wbn'
button.

You can make any changes you need to from this page.

Best Regards,

Chris
