I have an auction stuck in my Active Auctions on SMPro that shows closed but will not move to closed auctions so I can process it. The auction closed this date at 12:30 PST.

The auction number is eBay 3102765317

I have rebooted, cleared cache, etc. but no change.

FYI: I use RubyLane for counter view tracking and they are reporting the following issue when trying to view my counters:

"eBay is reporting they were unable to process our request. This may be a temporary problem. Wait 5 minutes to allow the problem to clear and use Refresh or Reload to try again."

May be on eBay's end.

Appreciate any info on this.

PROBLEM SELF-RESOLVED

After a 45-minute delay it moved to closed.

No need for response.
