I have deleted several thousand images on-line. But when I synchronise, not only do they not get deleted on my computer, they actually are uploading again, so all the work I did was for nothing.
What can I do now?
It seems like it doesn't work the way it used to, and now I can't get rid of all these images.
When you first open up SMPro, synchronize right away so that the program gets updated with any changes you made online. That is the best way to ensure that the images are removed from Pro. If this doesn't work let me know.
I'm not sure why these images continue to upload -- I've tried to replicate this problem and was not able to do so. If they are grouped together by name or number, what you could do is after you delete them online, go to the images folder in your AuctionWatch directory on your computer and remove them from there as well.

There are over 3,000 and all mixed up. I removed manually all the ones with a red warning. If you looked on my account, you saw I have over 23,000 images. I cannot possibly write down all the numbers.
This is so idiotic. Something is wrong with the way your software synches, and I can't get any answer that helps, as usual.
I'll just have to leave it as it is. I was trying to remove images so there would not be so much up there, but if you don't care, neither do I.
I understand that you are frustrated, I was simply offering a workaround that unfortunately is tedious for you due to the number of images that you have. This is not a "brush off" in any way. I have tested it more than once, deleting from both Manage Images and from Image Hosting in my own account, and each time the images I removed from online also removed themselves offline. If you open up Pro and you do things in it prior to synchronization, what you do there is going to upload online which is why I asked you to try quitting and restarting and synchronizing with nothing open in the program.
I will forward this thread on to engineering to see if they might have anything else to add.

Hello Touchofeurope,
First of all, please make sure that the date, time and time zone are set correctly on your computer.
To test the synchronization of images, please try the following:
- synchronize SMPro, and make sure that no image upload or download are performed; this means that you have the same images in SMPro and the online account
- delete a few test images from your online account
- synchronize SMPro
- and the deleted images should now be removed from SMPro too.
Alternatively, you could delete images using SMPro:
- right click the SMPro Image Bar and click "Sort by Last Viewed Date"
- select a few test images from the Bar, right click them and click "Delete Image(s)"
- when asked about deleting, click "Yes"
- SMPro will synch again
- and the deleted images should now be removed from the online account too.
