Hello Support, Have been trying to upload to Yahoo for a few days, with no success.
I have even opened a new account with them ansd still nothing.
Here is the message that I get after each attempt to upload.
*******************
A processing error occured while previewing your listing on Yahoo!.

Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID = 0003) was unexpected.

I was able to upload an auction directly into yahoo using their insertion page with no problems at all.
My new Yahoo aucction ID is cms5532
Please advise

Hello cms5532,

Please check your Yahoo security key and make sure that what you have on file here under My Account -> Auction Site Accounts and *also* My Account -> Yahoo Site Specifics is current and valid. If the security key entry in either place is out of date, your auctions will fail to launch.

Hello Diana,
I checked and made sure that my security id was the same at both locations.
I then tried to upload again and received the same error as stated above.

Hello,

For some reason, when you submit your listing to Yahoo, they are asking for your password again.

Try listing a test auction to Yahoo. You will log in, then click on the 'submit item' link. It will allow you to choose the category and continue, but then ask for your password again.

This is where our system runs into trouble, as they should not require an additional login.

Let us know what happens. If they prompt you for further information and you provide it, go back and list another test item. If you can choose a category, then continue without being asked for more information again, you should be able to list from AuctionWatch as well without error.

The below is the error message that i am now receiving when attempting to upload to Yahoo

The venue yahoo has possibly returned the following message:
The Yahoo! Security Key you provided is invalid. Your auction may have been submitted without the promotional features you selected.

I have tried several times to submit tru AW and I am still not having any success.

I did as you asked above, I also checked in to yahoo and used the security key to log in. I also performed a test auction and was successful thru the yahoo site..
I checked to make sure that the security key i inserted into AW is the same as the Yahoo one.
All checks out, Please advise.
Bob

Hi Bob,

When you go to Yahoo now, and list a brand new test auction, what happens after you choose the category and click on the 'continue' button?

When I was checking, the system showed another page asking for the password yet again. What happens when you try it now?

After hitting the submit item button it ask for my security Key and then the catagory and on to the description.
Once all that is completed it lets me go on to the submit auction icon or button.

Bob

Hello,

If you get that far on Yahoo, you should be able to list your Yahoo item through us -- provided all your stored information in your AW account for Yahoo is up to date. Try to resubmit your auction, let me know if it goes through.

Regards,

Sonya

Hello Support,
I started over today,
1) I signed out of Yahoo
2) I logged back in and used my new security key
3) i made a test auction and was successful in listing.
4) I made like I was going to do another listing and it let me go on right up to submitting it.
5) Success there.
6) I went to auction watch(severl times now) and made sure that all my id and passwords including the security key were the same that allowed me to log onto my Yahoo auction account.
7 I attempted a relist from the AW account and once more it gave me an error.
that my Security ID is incorrect.

***NOTE*** This is a new Yahoo account and security #, I changed it when I was not having any success listing with the previous account.

Hello,

In the listing in pending, did you re-enter the new security key there as well?

Sonya

Thank You Sonya,
Listing not uploading issue resolved.
I did everything but change the security Key in the listing itself.
Once i did that the listing processed without a glitch.
Thanks
Best Regards
