Each morning I import auctions into Sale's Manager using the "Track Auctions" feature in Sale's Manager. For the past 2 days though, I get this message when attempting to do this: "Cannot parse result page". Any suggestions?

Hello,

What are the items you are trying to import? Keep in mind, the import tool only works for eBay US items. It does not work for eBay Motors, ebay international, or eBay store items.

Sonya,

I do a lot of my listing through eBay without using AuctionWatch. I currently have 911 auctions posted on eBay but only 860 are showing in my active folder. I always import the rest using the track auctions feature so that I can keep an eye on them all in one place. I have been doing this every morning for months but all of a sudden, I cannot seem to get them. They are all posted on ebay...not eBay Motors or eBay International. Please help!

PS By the way, I have always imported eBay Store listings as well as auctions.

Hello,

My apologies, I thought you were using Import but now I see you are using Track. I have notified engineering that track by seller ID is not working correctly and will let you know when it is fixed. Until then, if you know the missing items, you can track by auction ID number.

Sonya

Sonya,

Apparently engineering was trying to help me and imported the auctions for me. It is great that my active folder is now up to date. Unfortunately, they also imported the closed auctions which I didn't want. Now my closed folder has thousands of auctions that I didn't want in it. I constantly delete the ones that I don't need any longer and keep the ones that I intend to work with again. Can today's import be reversed without losing all of the auctions that I actually had in the closed folder before the import?

Hello,

You can select the auctions you don't want in closed and hit the archive button to remove them again. Unfortunately there isn't a way to undo the import. You can go to My Account > Sales Manager Display and change the detailed auction view listing to show up to 100 at a time if you want to view more at once.

Regards,

Sonya
