SMPro is not really designed for networking, but the best way for you to do it is to download a second copy for your other computer. You will need to regulary synchronize to keep preferences and images the same for both computers -- keep in mind that inventory does not synchronize, if you are using Pro inventory.

Do I just copy the batches and inventory and then download them into the new pro? Or could I just take them from the old computer to new with the network? Thanks
You can copy the batches directly from the batches folder within the Sales Manager Pro directory, but as Sonya mentioned, the inventory will not be available to transfer from one to another.
Currently, the inventory is setup in a way that it consists of a single file. If you moved it over to the other machine, it would replace what was in that copy of Pro's inventory.

Then all I do is send the inv file to the other inv file. Or do I copy the file and delete the other file and then send it to the pro file?

Sonya , I tried networking and copied the file from my old to new but all that showed up is a file with about 3MB in is and no inventory. I copied to cd and then copied to the new pro and same thing only 3MB transfered and no inventory, only what looks like the first page. I sure would like my inventory from my old computer to my new one. I don't get emails but will ask for email again.
