I have been having problems with opening the program, I keep getting the message that AMPro has encountered a problem and needs to close etc...
SO I tried to download it again and now I can't even begin to open the program.
It's trying to re-install the program and here is the message I get:
An error occurred during the move data process:-132
Component:

File:
I HAVE To open this TODAY to get another batch ready, please tell me what to do. I have been having this problem off and on for a while now, but now I am completely stuck.
Don't tell me to delete and re-install, I have over 25,000 pictures on the site and I am NOT going through a 24-hour synchronisation mess. Been there and done that. I want a quick fix.

Please go to the data folder of your SMPro installation (most likely under C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch), and manually remove the Images.map file. Then, start SMPro; the program will take longer to start the first time after removing the file.
In case you still get an error message after the failed installations, please download the SMPro kit again. When asked, please choose to save the file to disk.
Then, install the downloaded kit to the same location on your hard drive. Please be sure that all applications running in your PC are closed when reinstalling the software (you might want to restart your computer before doing this).

Hi Radu
I don't have that file, I just have the one marked images that has all the images in it. If I remove that, won't I have to synchronize everything?
I can't afford to spend 24 hours with my computer synching.
Sorry for the misunderstanding. Please go to the C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch\data folder and remove the Images.map file. Once you do this, please proceed with starting SMPro.
