Why has my post-sale management search button all of a sudden started defaulting at search by "acution ID". I almost ALWAYS search by title, so I can't understand why it's now defaulting to searching by ID. Why is it doing this and how can I stop it?

I will log a suggestion with Product Development regarding setting defaults for post sale searches.

Thanks for your EXTREMELY fast reply (30 seconds, I think!), but do you have any idea why it's changed? Have they been messing around with this area recently? I've noticed it in the last 4 or 5 days.

Hello,

I think it was changed to default to listing ID but I'm not positive. I'll have to check on this for you.
