I have a duplicate listing that I need to delete, but your website tells me it is scheduled and can't be deleted. Please help. Thank you.
If there is only one item, just click on the title for this item in your pending section, and use the 'undo launch' button within to unschedule it first.
If there are many, go to the pending only section first, so you can unschedule them in bulk. (Click on the 'pending' link along the left hand side of the Sales Manager tab to access the pending only section.)
