When I create an inventory item I fill it out completely in SMPro I then put it in a batch and upload to my store. When I then check the item in inventory thru the sales manager the cost is 0.00 instead of what I put in at SMpro. I go back & verify it in my batch I sent & in the SMPro inventory & it shows I put the costs in, What am I doing wrong

Hello,

The price you enter in SMPro's batch item is the Store Price. You should find it inside the Store Information section of the online inventory item page.

The average item cost is not copied from the SMPro inventory to the SMPro batch, so it is not copied online either.

Why doesn't it go to the batch, Because you have a field for it in inventory in the sales manager on the web site?

Hello,

The information visible in an SMPro batch item is the information that is shown when listing to the AuctionWatch store or to other marketplaces, plus data that the buyer needs in the post sale process. All these batch item fields are uploaded.

The average item cost is in the SMPro inventory and the online inventory for the seller's reference only. The SMPro inventory and the online inventory were not designed to exchange information among them, though.

Suggestion, it would be nice if it transfered to the web-site because I launch my auctions from the site. I always double check all my item details including my cost to make sure I don't make any mistakes before I launch because they are easier to correct before, rather than after.
