i just started using auctionwatch and sales manager pro so maybe its just me, but..
after i created and was ready to upload a few auctions, when i select the option to upload im presented first with a dialog box that asks me to choose the batch I want to upload, thatd be fine, except the dialog belowthe question is a black box (black background with no text).
then if i just proceed and tell it to upload, i get another black background dialog box telling me the problem (if any) with the upload. in this box i can "click n drag" to highlight the text thats there.
the auctions do upload successfully, but certainly this shouldnt be displaying this way?
i have no unusual video settings and im running WinXP Pro, athlon xp1900, 512mb, geforce4-4600.
thanks for any input, explanations

Hello,
This might be a memory problem. Try running pro with nothing else open in the background. If your batch is big, try breaking it down into 2 or 3 smaller batches to upload. Please let us know if the problem persists.

Hello,
If this just started, and the program was working fine before, try simply restarting your machine once. Perhaps that will just clear this error from happening.
Otherwise, it could be that something corrupted the Pro software, and it needs to be reloaded.

nope i was using a gray xp theme, i tried switching back to the windows default scheme with the same results.
win/xp is not corrupted, its a fairly new isntall that works fine, im a new user of smpro and its been doing this since i started trying it out.
ill try reinstalling smpro but will that lose any of my auctions or customized email messages?

Hello,
Reinstalling will not delete that information. If you are worried about your batches and your inventory, you can always copy the information in another location on your hard drive for back up.
