Hello can you tell me if I am useing Sales Manager Pro is there a way that I can create my won Ebay auction template by that I mean I have my own html code for a background that I want to use as the Background of my auction listing I was however able to find a way to type it into the listing area in the discription area when typing the auction description and get it to show in the preview area but when I launched the auction all I got was a blank listing without the backgropund I wanted please help.

Hi David,
The eBay listing forms are not configured to take a background change when you are creating your listings. You will have to wait until after it has launched, then revise on ebay, to change the background of your listings. If you try to do it during creation of your item, the default blank white background will override it. I hope this helps!
