All my site setting for ebay keep disappearing?
I can't seem to keep any profiles set either?I have reset these several times in the last few weeks.

Hello,

Are you using Sales Manager, and Sales Manager Pro? You might want to check your prefs on both, to make sure that they're filled out as you want them to be. This might be the cause of the disappearing preferences.

Are you referring to profiles in Pro or online?

I list using pro but always have to go online to make changes to ebay setting. Am I doing it wrong?

Hello,

SMPro's Default Profile is synchronized to the Site Specifics pages in My Account online. Changes that you do in one of them are always copied to the other.

If you list using SMPro, it might be better to set all your profiles, including the default eBay settings, inside Pro.
