I uploaded a batch from AMPro and then saw a mistake and clicked cancel. At that point everything froze. I could not click OK to close it out.

After waiting about an hour I clicked End because it said anything NOT saved would be lost, but I had saved everything before uploading the batch. It errored out and disappeared. Now I cannot bring AWPro back as I get an error window:

SMPro cannot continue Error reading file C................Reinstall.

And then another window:

dwPriv Window:
AMPro.exe - Fatal Application Exit

Is there any way to get back all the batches I had typed and ready to launch?

Hello,

All batches that were saved to file are still available, even after reinstalling the program.

If you typed a batch, though, and you have not clicked "Save Batch" prior to uploading, these items have been lost unfortunately.

I tried downloading to c file from AW home page and when I clicked open got the message:

Contents of file cannot be unpacked. Executable you are attempting to run is incomplete. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify if it is the correct size & try again.

I'm not sure what else to do. I wouldn't know if it is correct size.

Hello,

The SMPro kit is available here:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client/
The exact size of the downloaded kit is 8,584,435 bytes.

Please try to download the file again. If its size is again wrong, please clear the browser cache before trying once more.

Thanks,

Thank you. I don't know what gives the cache so much power, but that worked. One photo got deleted in the process of the glitch but finally got everything launched.

My son's a tech and preached to us not to click or try anything before asking for help or we could lose what otherwise could have been found & saved, so I was afraid to even reinstall.
