Can SM Pro create invoices and mailing labels for auctions at the time that they close after the buyer has gone through the checkout process. Also do you have any links to a program like Stamps.com to generate postage meter labels.
If someone wants to sends out a mixture of premade emails through your program and some manual custom generated ones, will your program keep track of the custom generated ones.
Do your counters keep track of the numbers of hits based on unique ebay id's or just if someone looks at the item. EX. If the same user id looks at an auction item over several days does it realize that and not increase the hits.
If I upload a series of photographs and want to use the same graphic in more than one auction do they all appear in my graphic or image bar at the bottom of the screen for an indefinite period of time or just for a set amount of days. If I need to get the URL for a picture to drop into a custom HTML template, how do I do that.
I am finalizing my decision to move over to Vendio and these are my last concerns.

Hello Ann,
SMPro cannot manage any of the post sale process at this time, that is only done online. Online in the post sale area, there is an option to print out an invoice or packing slip (or both), however it is not setup to be imported into any postage managing system to create labels there instead.
Currently, the program is not setup to save custom made WBN messages to be used again in the future, but it will retain the message you used for that specific items in that items closed auction details.
We have smart (and simple, if you want) counters, which means the same user will not be counted more than once. The only time the same user will be counted again, is if they manually clear all of the cookies from their browser inbetween viewings.
Once you upload the images into your account, they will all be available in that image bar within Pro for as long as they remain in your account. There is no set amount of time they will appear in this image bar.
To obtain the code which contains your image URL(s), follow these steps:
1. Click the Image Hosting tab.
2. Check the box next to the image(s) that you wish to select.
3. On the bottom of the page, click the "Attach" button.
4. Choose "Other Auction Site (generate HTML)", select New Auction, and click "Continue"
5. On the next page, copy and paste the entire block of HTML (which includes your image URL) into the description box of the auction listing form.
If you wish to use only the image URL, it/they will be embedded in the HTML code generated by our system. If you do not have the "click to enlarge" feature enabled, the image url will look like this:
If you have the "click to enlarge" feature enabled, you will need to alter the ".mids" URL to create the correct image URL. To do this, just remove the /.mids portion of the URL. Here is an example:
The "after" URL can be used in any auction and can be altered to point to any image in your list simply by changing the image filename portion - just be sure that the filename *exactly* matches the filename on our site (case-sensitive.)
