Hi,
My trial period is over and I am trying to purchase the program. Everytime I hit the button choose plan, I get an message "cannot locate server". Can you help me? I have tried since last night to purchase the plan.

Good morning orleansgallery,
Where on the site are you choosing a plan? You can choose a plan by going to My Account -> My Payment Plans -> Sales Manager.
If that is where you are going to pick a plan and are still getting this error. I would suggest clearing your cache. Please let us know if we can further assist you.
