In the past I have opened archived auctions when relisting for verbage - or cut and pasted the entire auction and changed a few words to reflect new item. The past few times I've tried this I've gotten the following message:
SMPro is unable to execute this operation. To continue save your work, close other running programs or restart & try command again.
I have tried all these things to no avail and the problem seems to be getting worse. I can't seem to get into old archived auctions at all now. It opens the batch but when I go to open an auction I get the error message. I've tried various batches, restarted etc. etc. to no avail. Ideas? Fran

Hello Fran,
You may need to reload your Pro software to correct this error.
You may use the Add/Remove Programs Wizard in Windows to uninstall the application. You do not need to worry about saving your batches and images as these will be retained, however, you may want to copy the batch and images folders to a separate location on your hard drive if it will make you more comfortable with this process.
Once you have uninstalled SM Pro, you will need to reinstall it. You may use the install kit that you used before if it is still on your system, otherwise, you will need to download the install kit again (please be sure to select "save to disk" when downloading.) Before you begin the install process, please be sure to close any open applications you might have installed on your system.
Once you have reinstalled the SM Pro application, you should be able to run it without error. If you are still experiencing problems after uninstalling/reinstalling the application, please let us know.
