I don't have a new computer have not sold anything fopr a while. attempoted to sync got the floowing message: SYNCHRONIZATION FAILERD RETURN SERVER ERROR

Hello,

When was the last time you were able to sync without an error message? Have you made any changes to your setup since that time?

If you haven't done so already, try simply restarting your machine. If that does not work, you may need to reload the software.
