Unless I am missing something, Vendio does not provide support for such sales. I managed to import such a sale, albeit manually, into the Closed, but no management keys appear. Any comments?

Are you sure you used import, and not track? In order to be able to use post sale on second chance auctions, you must make sure that you import it in while it is still active. If you use track, then you won't be able to use post sale.
