Hi
Will I guess my first question is why has there been no response to 2 of my postings, i.e. Newbees account, how to questions?

Here is my question list:
1. Will Christopher please call me to discuss the Newbees account that I use for the class I teach on Venido? We have spoken before.

2. Is there any way to copy an item in inventory other than launching, canceling the launche in pending and then copying?

3. The following statement was in the listings I posted today... "Vendio Storefront Users, please note that ALL auctions will be automatically inserted into your Vendio Storefront within 2-hours" a)What happens if I choose to put it in my store manually? i.e. using pro, or creating on line. Will there now be duplicates?

4. The new notices on Venido say there is a policy of deleting images after 90 days. Does this include items in the store now, too? That is the impression given.

Please respond.
Thank you.
Paula

Hello,

1. We will contact you directly regarding this issue.

2. There is an easier way. Click on the title of that item, then check the box to make that an inventory profile item. Next, create a new listing from the Sales Manager and apply that listings profile.

3. We import/track all of your eBay auctions for viewing automatically, into your storefront. There is no manual way to make auction import into your storefront. You can always list that item as a fixed price item in your storefront as well, but only do so when you have a specific item available for both locations. Never list a single item up for auction as well as at a fixed price in your storefront.

4. The policy has not changed. Images attached to existing storefront items will not be deleted from your account for non-usage, as they are currently attached to an active item.

Regards,
Christopher
