On the new checkout, when I signed in as a customer to test, I found Paypal was not showing up as a payment option. I checked my inventory for the item under manage pay options and Paypal is checked.
Could someone check my settings? I normally have 500 auctions going and I need to find what's wrong.

However, I have been asked a few times in the last week or so if I took Paypal? I thought perhaps they missed it but now I'm not so sure.
I just got a problem note from 3323870201, a fixed priced auction, who said pressing Buy It Now did not allow him to use Paypal.
I just went to Paypal site and unchecked 'block payers other than Vendio'. I'll re-check it when you isolate the problem.

As for 3323870201, where were they going where PayPal was not a payment option? Using the eBay But It Now option only confirms the sale, and unless you enable the PayPal option for eBay, which enables the PayPal 'pay now' button, it will not be automatically presented to the buyer after using the Buy It Now feature.
If you wanted to accept PayPal right away from eBay, you could enable that via the My Account tab, under the Global Preferences link. Check the other box next to the PayPal settings.
