Regarding batch scheduling, I selected the items in one batch, pressed Edit, window with blank fields opens, I changed the day and time fields, pressed OK, window closed, but the change was not applied.

I can't find Auto Rescheduling at all.

Thanks --Ion

Hi Opus1306,

After you edit, choose your date and time and hit okay, you should see on the far right colunns of the bach the upload date and time. If there is a date in the "When" column then you have successfully scheduled the listing. This process is the reschedule process.

Sonya

You are absolutely right, Sonya, I should be seeing the change, except that there is no change. Please take another look at my original post. I carefully listed every step, but it does not take the change.

I haven't tried batch edits on other fields, that may work, but batch editing the launch date/time does not work. At least it does not work for me.

By auto rescheduling I meant Auto Relisting, which I thought was supposed to be one of the new features of 5.0, but I don't see it.

Hello,

Have you tried doing it on an individual batch item basis? After you edit does it still say Next Upload in the When column? Also, make sure you are checking off the radio button next to the drop downs for date and time.

I had thought at first you meant auto relist but wasn't sure. Thank you for confirming this with me. The auto relist feature is on eBay Site Information. It is located towards the right.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi
This is an interesting post. Was it the plan to be able to select certain records in the batch so that a group change could be made?

That would be really slick and time saving!

Thanks

Ok, I figured it out. In previous versions of SM Pro, when you open/edit a batch item for the first time, the Next Upload radio button is highlighted as the default. There is nothing in the Date and Time fields. In 5.0, selecting several batch items and clicking on Edit opens a new window with none of the fields filled in except the date field which shows the current date. Neither of the two radio buttons are highlighted, but because the date field was populated, I didn't even look at the radio button--just picked a time and clicked OK. I did this half a dozen times at least, without noticing that the radio button wasn't highlighted. In previous versions the button had to be highlighted otherwise the fields could not be edited. In 5.0 the fields can be edited without highlighting the button, except that the editing isn't applied.
