I'm helping a friend who just signed up to use AM Pro .........one question

He uses AOL for his ISP, so in preferences, what does he fill in for connection?

Hello,

If your friend is using a proxy then he will need to fill in the proxy information for connection. If he's not using one then he can just leave that alone -- I'm not aware that AOL uses a proxy, but if he doesn't know then just leave it and try to synch. Let us know if there are any problems with this.
