Is there any way to add the buyer's address to the seller's checkout page if the buyer does not follow the checkout instructions and put their address in?
Many buyers do not follow the Vendio checkout instructions and it would be very helpful if I was able to put their address in myself for reference.
Thanks.

Go to Sales Manager.
Click on Post Sale.
Find the line item (auction) you want to edit and click on the little boxes to the far right.
I believe it is line 2 and click edit.
This will take you to a checkout page where you can enter your customers shipping info.
I don't know why customers won't fill out the VD checkout and it is very annoying.

Thanks, Baylor45. That does the trick for me. I appreciate your help!
