Once again my Ebay motors category problem has appeared. I have wasted my weekend with this program and I am about to the end of my patience. Vendio, you need to look into this problem and let me know what is going on. Apparently ebay motors has changed their categories and your program is not picking it up.
When I reload the program it only works once. When I go to open a batch it goes into a convert process (WHY???) and then highlights a few auctions and tells me that these records can not be validated. When I go to edit the records I find that the problem is the category (it is blank). When I hit browse to find a category the program exits. If I type in a category number that I KNOW is good it comes back with an error "Category belongs to a different top-level category".
Also is there a phone number where I could call tech support instead of typing?
Fix it or give me my money back. You do have a money back guarantee don't you?
The eBay Motors category you are listing to (Tools > Other Tools) was changed by eBay from ID 6754 to ID 43998. As 6754 was discontinued, your existing listings have become invalid.
To update them, please open each highlighted listing, then click the menu entry Listings > Change Site and choose eBay Motors, Parts & Accessories in the pop-up; then enter the new category ID and double-check the other options inside the eBay Motors Site Information tab.
