I have been trying to fix this error message so that i can syncronize and upload my batches the error that I am receiving is:
Synchronization failed - General server error
There is a problem with starting the sync process.
Please make sure that the values entered for Proxy Host and Port under the SMPro menu entry Edit > Preferences are correct.
If proxy settings are correct, please check the Announcements page on the Vendio site.
I even hired a tech guy and did the update of the VB 6.0 SP5 update and also windows update.
Uninstall, while choosing to remove all shared files (click "Yes to all"
when asked about removing), and then reinstall the program once more.
You can use the same installer as you have currently downloaded, just be sure to click on the 'yes to all' option when uninstalling the old this time around.
