I just started selling another brand of merchandise that I need to sell under another ID because it is not compatible with the inventory. Can I use this for my second ID as well or will I be charged again as a new user? Auctionwatch allowed one account for multiple seller IDs. I just downloaded into another folder on my computer. Is this possible? Please advise. Thanks

You can only manage one eBay ID through each Vendio account (this is how it was when the company was named AuctionWatch - we only changed the name, nothing else was affected.)
You can install separate instances of SM Pro on your computer (just make sure that they are installed into different locations on your hard drive, and do not attempt to synchronize both versions at once), one for each eBay ID, but you will need a corresponding Vendio ID for each eBay ID that you are using.
