Can you tell me how to remove this new 5.0 and install the old version back?
I am really frustrated with the inventory thing. I had to make so many changes to everything, and I cannot launch from Inventory because I now have to go and manually update all the information for my Ebay specific information.
Vendio should be ashamed of putting something out that only makes things more difficult and tedious for their users. The idea of upgrading a version of software is to make it more user friendly than the previous version. This isn't even close to that concept.
You shouldn't lose your inventory but if you want to back it up, you should be able to find it in Program Files of your C-drive. Depending on whether or not you did the full download or the update, you should see either a Vendio folder or an AuctionWatch folder. Within that folder will be an 'inv' folder -- copy that folder with its contents to another location on your computer, or to a disk.

I wonder when Venio can make changes to add more shipping options at checkout. Four options are not enough, let alone the options available to choose from do not include the complete service available by the carriers.
