Just bought a new computer on Thursday. I downloaded the new 5.0 and my saved pictures came up in the download but NO BATCHES!! I have around 200 batches saved that we use over and over. If I had to write all these descriptions again, I will want to get a gun out and pull the trigger. I saw another persons post and decided to download 4.2 again. Though that would work. I uninstalled 5.0 and went back to the auction watch 4.2...still no luck. HELLLLP!! Please. It would take us weeks to re do all that work~~LISA
If you have an earlier version of SM Pro, and you've already downloaded and installed SM Pro 5.0 into the default Vendio directory, you will need to copy the batch files from the previous default location (C:/Program Files/AuctionWatch/batches) into the new location (C:/Program Files/Vendio/batches).
You may do the same with the inv.dat file (located in the Data folder), which will copy your existing inventory listings (be sure to copy this to the Data folder in the new installation.) Please do not attempt to copy the profile.dat file as this may cause problems.
The safest way to copy your images into the new Pro version is to synchronize, although you may be able to successfully copy the images from the Images folder in the old directory into the Images folder in the new directory.
