I am trying to update Sales Manager Pro to the latest version, but while it was updating, a message popped up saying I needed to reboot. Did that and the updating continued, then I got an error message saying "There was an error with the update".
Started to open the program to see what I had and got the reminder to update, so tried that and got the message again "There was an error with the update".

What do I do next?

Hello,

If you are having trouble with the auto-update, you may need to download and install the full version. The full version can be downloaded here. On the full download of Sales Manager Pro 5.0, the application will by default install into a Vendio directory, rather than installing into the old AuctionWatch directory.

If you have a previous version of Sales Manager Pro, you should install the new version into the old AuctionWatch directory rather than into the default Vendio directory. This will enable you to retain your batches, inventory, images, etc. without having to copy them to the new copy of SM Pro.

Thanks Christopher. It worked. I was hoping the new eBay categories would be in this new version, but they don't seem to be. How can I get my auctions listed in these categories? Example: Women's Shoes: Heels/Pumps, Evening. It's broken down much further now and I don't see these choices in SMPro.

Hello,

In order to update the category list in Sales Manager Pro, you will need to do the following:

1. Perform synchronization (you do not need to upload any auctions to do this.)
2. Restart the application

If this does not update your category list, please write us back.
