I am trying to upload. I keep getting the following erro & I don't understand the last paragraph. Everything uploaded fine last week. "Synchronization failed -General server error
There is a problem with starting the sync process.
Please make sure that the values entered for Proxy Host and Port under the SMPro menu entry Edit > Preferences are correct.
If proxy settings are correct, please check the Announcements page on the Vendio site.
Do you use a proxy? If you don't, make sure the proxy box is unchecked in the Preferences section in SMPro. If you aren't sure, you should check with your ISP. Let us know if you continue to have problems with this.
