Ever since I installed the upgrade, I've been getting the message that "SM Pro does not have a record of your ebay ID stored in Preferences. ...to download auction ID's ...select the AuctionSync option." Well, I sync everytime I open SMPro, and my ID is properly stored offline and online. I would ignore this message (it gives me that option), but it comes up every time I open "New listing" or "edit"...when you're listing 35 items, it's a real pain! How can I get rid of this erroneous message. Thanks!
Try synchronizing your Pro, then quitting and restarting the program. Then go ahead and create your listings. If the error message keeps coming back, let us know.
