Issue 1) When winning bidder goes into checkout, here is what the bidder is presented:

".....
Please enter your billing address. If you will be paying me directly via a credit card, make sure the billing information exactly matches your credit card statement. (This does not apply for c2it, PayPal, or other indirect payments.) Required fields are bold.* "

Problem is PayPay MANDATES shipment to billing address in order for sellers to be protected against chargeback, does Vendio know this?

Issue 2) Also what about sellers who do not accept credit cards directly, the above statement can really be confusing

Issue 3) Does Vendio have automatica feedback return service, i.e, when a positive feedback is received, the system automatically sends the other party one.

Hello,

We will be happy to pass along the suggestion on your behalf to edit the generic welcome message, or make it available for users to edit themselves, to make the changes you mentioned.

At this time, Vendio does not have an automatic feedback return system. The post sale tools do not pick up when feedback was left for you at this time.
